      • Tour by 1 hour trishaw ride (twin sharing) and 2 hours tour by vehicle
      • This tour is not private and may include other guests
      • This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)
      • If the vehicle does not arrive in more than 10 minutes, please contact the emergency contact number +6019-339 8699, we will coordinate for you immediately
      • Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period
      • It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.
      • Please keep your belongings and try not to bring valuables, you will be responsible for all damages and loss.
      • During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
      • No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.
      • Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox)  1 day before (after 8pm)
      • Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.
      • As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
      1. Pick-up Point: Pickup is included from selected Georgetown & Batu Ferringhi hotels
      2. Please wait in the hotel lobby/ground floor at least 15 mins before designed pick up time
      3. Pick up time between 15 mins before or after designed pick up time
      4. For pick up outside of Georgetown & Batu Ferringhi area (outskirts hotel), a surcharge of RM60 per car per way will be applied, surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash.
