Please note
- Travelers must obtain all entry or transit visa requirements for Malaysia
- Passports must have a minimum of 6 months validity after completing the journey across to Malaysia
- Full flight details and desired pick up time required.
- For flight arrival date must advice correctly i.e. if your flight departure from your country on 01 May but arrives at Kuala Lumpur Airport on 2 May, please select date service as 2 May.
- Maximum waiting hour for 1 hour and 15mins ONLY.
- No rest stops available along the journey.
- Please note: This is a one way transfer, please make another booking if you want round trip transfer
- In the event where the similar chosen car type is not available, a Toyota Hiace will be replaced instead (no additional charge occur) with or without notice
- Driver will not carry the luggage for you due to the advice from Malaysia Airport Law & Regulations
- Child seats are not available, pre-booking required, charge @ RM12 per child seat (collect upon pick up)
- There is no accommodation for special luggage such as sports equipment, musical instruments, wheelchairs, etc. Please make another booking if the number of luggage is more than suggested
- You may not allowed for food & drink on vehicle (i.e Light bites and drinks, ice cream, durian, jack fruit, chewing gum, any food containing jelly, and drinks containing sugar, etc. was not allowed)
- Pick up time and driver details shall update to you later in the evening time by email, please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox) after 8pm
- Please make sure your mobile phone is active and able to contacted during the travel period
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.
